PurVault products are intended for residential use as baby diaper disposal systems. Do not use for any purpose other than its intended use.
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of your order are final. Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period.
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. PurVault is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
PurVault products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or modification. To make a warranty claim, email hello@purvault.com with proof of purchase.
All content on purvault.com — including logos, photography, copy, and design — is the property of PurVault and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The no-odor escape seal mechanism is patent pending. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
